Moving to Japan?
The time has come for another move and this time you will be living in the country of Japan. It is not a large country, but it is a country rich in culture, mystic and fun. The history of Japan is one you will learn with every step you take, every place you visit and every person you talk to. Look for a home to suit the size of your family or a small home suited just for yourself if you are going alone. Be aware they live differently in home than in America. The homes may not be as large for the common man, but they are enough to provide shelter and comfort during your stay.
Begin by getting to know your local area. You’ll want to learn a language posthaste. Get out and shop for food, clothing, gift items and anything that interest you. You can walk to each place or take public transportation. Depending on where you are located, the size of the transportation system and how crowded it will be will adjust to the population. Prepare for crowdes, but on the whole the people of Japan are kind and very respectful, so be nice when dealing with crowds. Try new foods, go see a movie in Japanese and make friends. They will lead you through the city and tell you about the history or significate of each place.
Japan can be a great experience and you may decide it is the place to spend you life. You can find your paradise in the mountains or along the seas. You may like the big city life, or just a small village of locals who will know you and become life long friends.
